(4) About Presentation Method
We would like to ask the speakers of the International Session in the JSPRS2021 to give oral presentations at the venue in principle. However, depending on the state of the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus, we plan to ask chairpersons and speakers to speak remotely online using Zoom webinar or other means. Poster Presentations will be posted as digital posters on the website. Therefore, we are waiting for a large number of submissions for the call for abstracts.
(5) Presentation Duration
Oral Presentation
Each speaker will have 10 minutes for presentation. Please time your talk for 8 minutes, and 2 minutes for questions.
Poster Presentation
Abstracts accepted for Poster Presentations will be posted as digital posters on the website.
(6) Abstract Review and Selection Process
- After the submission deadline, all completed and eligible abstracts will be made available to the Organizing Review Committees for blinded review and scoring, and final decisions will be made in late January 2021.
- Incomplete abstracts will not be reviewed.
- All abstracts submitted will be considered eligible for one presentation: either Oral Presentation or Poster Presentation.
(7) Acceptance/ Rejection Notification
- Notification regarding acceptance or rejection of abstracts will be sent to the presenting author by February 2021 by e-mail; consequently, an accurate e-mail address is critical. If your abstract is accepted, the e-mail will specify whether it is accepted as Oral Presentation or Poster Presentation. Rejection notifications will also be sent at that time.
