Registration
There are two ways to participate:
- #1) Regular Attendance: On-site and/or Online Participation
- #2) Online Attendance: Online Participation in "International Session ONLY"
The registration fees are listed below. Early registration on the web is recommended. Please wait until mid-December when the reception starts.
All speakers, including online participants, are required to register as "#1) Regular attendance".
JSPRS members are required to register on the online registration page of the Japanese website (now under construction).

#1) Regular attendance
On-site attendees can participate in all sessions, access to the exhibitions as well as to the sponsored Lunchtime Seminars (attendees will be served a lunch box in this session) as per the official program.
For the online participants, it has been decided that live streaming of the International Sessions will be provided; information about the other sessions will be announced on this website as soon as they are confirmed.
Enrollment in the Sponsored Lunchtime Seminars
On-site attendees can enroll in the sponsored lunchtime seminars from March 16 after completing registration and payment at "#1) Regular Attendance". Please enroll online in advance from the date above, as the number of seats for the sponsored lunchtime seminars is limited.
#2) Online attendance
Online participants in the "International Session ONLY" are only allowed to view international sessions on the web.
Viewing other sessions on the web or participating on-site is not available.
Registration Card & Program Book
Registration Card and Program Book will be provided at the registration desk during the Congress period to the members except JSPRS, who completed registration on the website.
JSPRS members who register on-site and any other participants in the other categories (non-member, companies/manufacturers, medical staff), including members of the societies agreed upon in MOU, may purchase the Program Book at the on-site registration desk during the Congress. It is sold separately for 3,000 JPY.
＞Payment
Payment of registration fees can be made through this website only by credit card.
＞Cancellation Policy
No cancellation requests will be accepted and no refunds of registration fee will be given.
